The farmers of my time (and even to this day) would yoke on their oxen or cattle using a device like this.

Attached by the yoke to each other; they go in the same direction and better work together at doing whatever was needed.

One of the two oxen is usually more experienced and leads the other.

I was saying that yoked or attached to me, and traveling through this life with me, would make the trials of this life lighter for you and easier to handle.
